Our service tech was very polite, friendly and explained the process in replacing our ice maker in a timely manner.

He showed up he was super nice took his time and explained everything to me and even helped with some stuff that wasn’t his job I would recommend this. Company every time I have an appliance issue!!!

Axel explained all kinds of things to do, made recommendations for future products and did not try to push any extra costs. Will use them in the future!

Could not be more impressed with this company. They saw me on the same day and were fast and friendly. I had a couple of appliances I wanted them to look at it and fix— they did an amazing job. Also, once they determined the dishwasher wouldn’t be worth fixing, they didn’t even charge me a consultation fee for that appliance. I will go back to this place every single time. The fact that the owner picked up the phone and moved schedules around so that somebody could get out to fix my refrigerator had me sold. Fantastic company.

Joseph explained everything he was doing, and what the issue was. He answered any questions I had and was sure to let me know the part was under warranty with their company. Will definitely utilize company again for other issues.

Axel Hannenberg did a great job of checking out my washer, and then explaining the problem to me. He took pictures and videos of the problem areas to discuss with me. He also gave me some advice on what brands would be best for my needs if I choose to purchase a new one, and recommended a couple of good dealers in the area. This was my first time to use Adam's Appliance Repair and will definitely call them again in the future. They were recommended by my prior repairman who has now retired.
