Everything about the actual servicing with Adam’s repair was great. Trinity who handled the admin work and scheduling was very friendly and accommodating on scheduling. Caleb the technician was fast, friendly, and professional. He was able to quickly assess the issue with my dishwasher and fix it. My biggest gripe was just the price. At 550 total I was just 50 shy of purchasing the exact same model brand new from Lowe’s. Ultimately though I settled for the convenience of not having to remove and reinstall a dishwasher.

Very fast to get scheduled, they were able to come next day. Showed up on time. Very fast diagnosis and repair. Overall very pleased.

Roney, the technician who came to work on our Speed Queen washer was great. Extremely professional and explain everything in layman’s terms and showed me exactly what he was doing. I highly recommend using them if you need service on your appliances.

Caleb was great! He checked and rechecked our old dishwasher for problems. He let us know about other leaks in our sink that needed a plumber to fix. Caleb is friendly and thorough and has really helped us keep our old appliances running smoothly. We'll always call Adam's for repairs!

I called someone to look at my washing machine on a Monday afternoon, and they were here the next day! Jarred was professional and efficient in his diagnosis. We will definitely be using y’all for all our appliance repairs.

Craig was able to diagnose & fix the problem with our dryer. He went above and beyond by cleaning out all the lint in the machine as well.

I hate the fact that appliances are so expensive and so fragile and fall apart so easily. Fortunately, I have come across Adams Appliance Repair . . . Unfortunately, I have needed their service on multiple occasions. Stephen is “consistently great”. He’s prompt, good communication, so pleasant. I ask for him for myself and for my mom’s appliance issues. He is so fast to Identify the issue, and I can tell he knows what he’s doing. Have total confidence in him!!!! My 99 yr old mom also thinks he’s the BEST!!!!!

He arrived on schedule (both times) quickly diagnosed the problem and the repair was handled in a professional manner.
