Fast, Quality and knowledgeable. Really explained everything in a clear cut manner.

Axel figured out why the dishwasher would not start. It was simple. Just unplug it and see if the control panel (basically a computer) will start which it did. Tested a few cycles, it's still working. Washed a normal cycle of dirty dishes. Cycled thru. Clean dishes. Great problem solving skills. No parts needed. Only paid for the service call. Thanks!

Everything about the actual servicing with Adam’s repair was great. Trinity who handled the admin work and scheduling was very friendly and accommodating on scheduling. Caleb the technician was fast, friendly, and professional. He was able to quickly assess the issue with my dishwasher and fix it. My biggest gripe was just the price. At 550 total I was just 50 shy of purchasing the exact same model brand new from Lowe’s. Ultimately though I settled for the convenience of not having to remove and reinstall a dishwasher.

Very fast to get scheduled, they were able to come next day. Showed up on time. Very fast diagnosis and repair. Overall very pleased.

Roney, the technician who came to work on our Speed Queen washer was great. Extremely professional and explain everything in layman’s terms and showed me exactly what he was doing. I highly recommend using them if you need service on your appliances.

Caleb was great! He checked and rechecked our old dishwasher for problems. He let us know about other leaks in our sink that needed a plumber to fix. Caleb is friendly and thorough and has really helped us keep our old appliances running smoothly. We'll always call Adam's for repairs!
